Mr. Prateek Choudhary
Mr. Prateek Choudhary is an Advocate of Delhi High Court. Having Completed his graduation in B. com (H) and LL.B. from Delhi University and further completed his LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration & Business Laws, he started his own practice in 2016. He heads the firms Litigation practice in Commercial and Civil Litigation. His areas of specialization include Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation and IBC proceedings. Over the past years Mr. Prateek has represented various MNC’s and PSU’s in Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other Tribunals including DRT, NCDRC and State Commissions.
